Jessica Macdonald
M.S., FMCHC, NBC-HWC
For over 15 years, working as an educator and advisor for teens has taught Jessica how to hold space for individuals experiencing challenges so they feel safe exploring the root of what they are going through. As a caregiver for an aging parent herself, she also understands how difficult it can be to care for yourself while caring for others.
CareRight Coaching was created to support individuals and families navigating the added stressors of life—especially those caring for a parent, spouse, or supporting a struggling teen. No one should have to carry that weight alone.
Jessica’s approach is personalized, holistic, and root-cause focused. Rather than only addressing symptoms of stress, fatigue, or burnout, she looks deeper at contributing factors such as stress triggers, sleep disruption, nutrition, emotional strain, and the ongoing demands of daily life.
Using science-based practices, positive psychology, mindfulness tools, and behavior change strategies, Jessica helps clients create realistic and sustainable ways to feel more grounded, supported, and nourished.
At CareRight Coaching, caring for yourself is not a luxury—it is an essential part of being able to care for others well.

Using science-based practices, positive psychology, and behavior change strategies, we work step by step to support caregiving, life, and family demands. We focus on progress, not perfection.
When the journey feels like a roller coaster, CareRight Coaching helps you feel steadier, more supported, and better equipped to stay the course.
